Paula P. – endometriosis

Hello,

I’m sending you my whole story.

Since my first menstruation at about 14 years of age, I have suffered from abdominal pain. I would always took that pink pill to help me. Later, from the age of 16, I started taking hormonal contraceptives and the pain improved, but I still had to use painkillers for the first two days. However, I had no other troubles in this regard. After using contraception for 10 years, I decided to discontinue it at the age of 26 with the idea of “cleansing” my body for a year, letting it recharge, and then we would start trying for a baby. My menstruation settled quite easily and everything worked regularly, even without the contraception. However, after about 10 months I started to get really bad pain on the left side of my abdomen – at first only during menstruation, but later also outside that time. I discussed the issue with my GP and gynaecologist. This was where endometriosis was first mentioned to me. I had never heard of it before, but unfortunately my introduction to it was very quick. The ultrasound showed a lot of adhesions and endometriosis deposits. Subsequently, after six months of various examinations, I underwent laparoscopic surgery, which confirmed stage 4 endometriosis. It affected my diaphragm, female organs, bladder and appendix, the latter then being removed.

Unfortunately, laparoscopy didn’t destroy all the deposits, because the surgeon took account of the fact that I would like to have a baby. Immediately after my recovery, I was advised to undergo IVF (artificial insemination) because, if the deposits began to grow again, I might have no chance of becoming pregnant at all. I was told that, without IVF, I wouldn’t be able to get pregnant because I my fallopian tubes are not permeable. So, three months after the surgery, I underwent the IVF process. Luckily, everything went to plan at the very first attempt. I got pregnant and the doctors told me that in most cases pregnancy heals all adhesions etc. I occasionally suffered from abdominal pain even during pregnancy, but it was nothing compared to what I had experienced before. I had a healthy baby girl and my periods recommenced right at the end of my puerperium. The pain wasn’t so bad, but after my post-puerperium check-up, I had to hear once more that all my adhesions and endometriosis were back, and that the pregnancy hadn’t helped at all in this respect. It was at this point that the gynaecologist prescribed hormonal contraceptives to me, as these were intended to at least stop the growth of new deposits.

However, from then on each menstruation meant the onset of absolute hell. I suffered from tremendous pain, and the pain returned again even when I wasn’t on my period. There were also huge digestive problems – I ended up suffering from diarrhoea after every meal. I couldn’t even get away from home, which placed a great toll on my mental health. Especially considering I had a small child and this was a time when I should have been looking forward to going out for walks with a pram, which also proved impossible. Unfortunately, I felt sick after eating, regardless of whether I was eating diet food or a more traditional meal. I believe that the cause is still endometriosis and that it is present even in my intestines. Of course, I continue to consult my illness with doctors, but one day, in desperation, I looked for help, advice, and tips on the internet. I came across the Penoxal website. I read everything about this dietary supplement and then searched for reviews. It was the reviews that convinced me to give the product a go. It was expensive, but by then I really didn’t know if anything could help me anymore. So I ordered a pack and started taking it. Since I was expecting to get my period in three days, I started taking two tablets in the morning and two tablets in the evening. I was really amazed to feel so much better on the very first day. After that, I continued taking it and I felt better and better every day. This was the first time that I didn’t take any painkillers during menstruation, the diarrhoea completely disappeared, and everything balanced out. I take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening after the end of my period. I increase the dose to two tablets in the morning and two in the evening during my period. I am really seeing amazing results after just a month of taking it. Since it was positive reviews that spurred me to buy it, I have decided that I, too, will contribute with my story and recommendation.
